Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add old fashioned oats, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, and milk to a mason jar or food container. Cover and shake to mix consistently.
  • Top with raspberries and chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
