Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Add old fashioned oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and milk to a mason jar or food container. Cover and shake to mix consistently.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with shredded coconut and sliced almonds.
