Fresh and Flavorful Mango Popsicles

Equipment

  • popsicle mold

Ingredients

  • cup fresh mango diced
  • cup mango nectar
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds, leaving about ¼ inch of room in the top of each popsicle. Insert popsicle sticks. (If your popsicle mold doesn't have a lid that holds the sticks firmly in place, freeze the popsicles for 1 hour before inserting the popsicle sticks.)
  • Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. Gently remove popsicles from the mold as needed and enjoy!
