Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potato

- 4 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat air fryer to 400F (This should take about 10 minutes.)
Meanwhile, thoroughly scrub and dry the sweet potatoes. Pierce skin with a fork several times.
Add sweet potatoes to the preheated air fryer and bake for 20 minutes. Check for doneness by poking with a fork, flip, then cook an additional 10-20 minutes. Let the sweet potatoes rest in the air fryer for 5 minutes before serving.
Slice lengthwise and serve with a generous pat of butter and a dash of salt.
