It’s about time for a recipe roundup! Every one-pan and one-pot recipe on this list was developed by a Registered Dietitian, so get ready for some healthy and practical goodness.

If there’s one thing I’ve noticed about my clients and readers, it’s that y’all are busy! Lack of time can be a major barrier when it comes to meal prep. But, I have good news – you CAN prep healthy meals quickly. Looking for ways to prep meals faster? I wrote about that here.

One of my favorite ways to save time in the kitchen is using one-pan and one-pot meals. By using fewer pieces of kitchen equipment, you’ll spend less time juggling pots and pans and more time enjoying your evening.
